Über die Organisation
Since 2005, we have been a regional care partner for out-of-hospital intensive care — by your side when life suddenly changes. We provide specialized care for critically ill, ventilated, and tracheotomized patients in our intensive care shared living communities as well as in their own homes.
Our highly qualified nursing professionals ensure exceptional care quality, drawing on many years of valuable experience in working with intensive care patients. In our shared living communities, one nurse cares for a maximum of three residents; in home care, one nurse is dedicated entirely to their patient.
In addition to professional nursing care, we focus strongly on comprehensive counseling and guidance — starting from the initial shock phase following a sudden need for intensive care or deterioration in health. Together, we find the right solutions for your individual situation and support you with all organizational matters related to care: before, during, and after the transition from hospital to your new home — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
