About the organisation
The Baška Hotels Company employs 85 permanent and 130 seasonal employees. Bearing in mind the importance of quality and continued training, all permanent and seasonal employees regularly attend expert courses and seminars and study trips. The workplace performance of our employees is carefully monitored, and those who stand out by their diligence and capabilities are rewarded or promoted. Special care is given to our jubilee (long-term) employees and former employees in retirement.
In collaboration with Deloitte Consulting, the Baška Hotels Company has for four years now actively implemented the 20 Keys program, in particular the human resources management program and employee career planning program.
