We are seeking to hire three full-time chefs to join our team at Gällnö in the Stockholm Archipelago for the summer 2024.


Our summer business has been running for over 10 years and serves a couple of hundred guests per day. We specialize in a largely vegetable-based kitchen, with a cold kitchen for salads, cheeses, charcuteries, and a charcoal BBQ in the garden for preparing meat, vegetables, and occasionally fish. We prioritize using high-quality produce and simple cooking methods.
