Cygnific

Cygnific is one of the the biggest Sales & Service Centers of Air France KLM, taking care of their customer contacts. We serve 19 European countries in 11 languages; if passengers or travel agents contact KLM, Air France or Delta Air Lines, we are here to help them. We have a diverse group of almost 700 colleagues coming from the whole of Europe – and the rest of the world. Cygnific is headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands with offices in both Amsterdam and Enschede. We serve our customers in Dutch, English, French, German, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian. The Baltic States are served in English.
