Adventure Tours Norway is a locally owned adventure company based in Skjolden, a small village located at the very end of Sognefjord – Norway’s longest and deepest fjord. Surrounded by dramatic mountains, glaciers, and waterfalls, Skjolden is the perfect base for unforgettable outdoor experiences.

Our mission is simple: to create memorable adventures and share our passion for Norway’s nature with guests from all over the world. As a local company, we take pride in high-quality experiences, personal service, and strong knowledge of the fjord and surrounding landscapes.

We offer a wide range of activities, including:

RIB boat adventures on the Sognefjord, bicycle and e-bike tours, guided hiking tours, SUP & Mega-SUP rentals, fishing trips and snow shoe tours.

During the summer season, we operate daily, guaranteed departures on our RIB boat adventures, in addition to tailor-made excursions throughout the entire Sognefjord region. Our guests include FIT travelers, cruise guests, groups, and high-end travelers, and we work closely with international partners to deliver safe, professional, and memorable experiences.

We are a company in development, exploring new activities and ideas to improve our offerings and guest experiences. For the summer season, we are looking for enthusiastic, service-minded, and outdoor-loving guides who want to work in one of Norway’s most spectacular fjord regions — and who enjoy having fun and being social as part of a team.
