We seek a kitchen experience person to our kitchen. It is prepairing food, alacarte, traditional norwegian meny, fastfood, also some catering and gatherings/bithdays/business meetings for groups from 10-50 persons. In th opening hours we have the ala carte usually 60-120 persons Hygiene/cleaning and following the documents regarding this (IK-mat). We do have a online system for this documentation. It is a small kitchen open 5-6 days a week, afternoon/evening ( closed monday and thuesday)
