Job Description 

You are responsible of the shift you are working on: 

  • Welcome guests in a professional and heart-warming way 

  • Respect the check-in/check-out process 

  • Up-sell the other hotel services 

  • Check and prepare the arrivals 

 

You are the link between the Front Office Manager and the rest of the team 

  • Creating and respecting the process 

  • Controlling and correcting colleagues if necessary 

  • Communication with the FOM, offering solutions 

  • Dealing with guest complaints 

  • Welcoming, onboarding and developing new colleagues 

  • Working on reaching the reception annual goals (ALL recruitment, quality goals,...) 

  • Participation to "back-office" tasks 

 

Work Experience 

  • Self-control and listening skills 

  • Guest satisfaction is a priority for you 

  • Being a team player at heart 

  • Commercial spirit 

  • Knowledge of Dutch, French and English are mandatory 

  • Autonomy, initiative, proactivity 

  • Time and priority management 

  • Ability to manage a 10-person team
