Your responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers by providing an excellent service
• Managing all customer communication within IEE (e.g. Development, Finance, and Production Departments)
• Conducting sales forecasts and analyses
• Distributing request for quotation documentation to IEE team and following up on them
• Preparing quotations and price or cost analyses
• Managing customer contract reviews
• Updating prices and sales conditions in SAP
• Managing the order process

Your profile:

• Apprenticeship as industrial management assistant or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in an automotive environment, would be considered an asset
• Key skills: Strong organizational skills, good communication skills, ability to multitask, service-minded attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in SAP is an asset
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French is mandatory
