Job description:

Welcomes, checks-in the guests and manages their departure

Sells over-night capacities and extra offers of the hotel

Provides information

Keeps daily and monthly reports, correspondence, statistical information, issues invoices and processes cash payments

Answers and/or forwards phone calls, sorts out mail

Keeps the work space clean and tidy

Carries out relevant regulations regarding safety at work and regulations related to the safety of guests, workers and property

Other tasks and duties as assigned by the line-manager
Required qualifications and competences:
-
Secondary vocational education in the field of tourism, hospitality or related field
-
2 years of work experience

Computer literacy
-
Active knowledge of two foreign languages, passive knowledge of one
