NDT inspector

We are looking for a NDT Inspector: 



  



Job responsibilities:

• NDT - inspection
• Creating technical rapports
• Evaluation of results
• Preparation of working procedures
• Provide technical input and quantity estimates for NDT methods, equipment and consumables required for project preparations and production
• Verify NDT services are performed in accordance with the applicable safety and environmental procedures, rules and regulations, as applicable at work sites

Qualifications: 



 

• Good communication skills in English and Norwegian.
• Level 2 certification:

-          Visual and Optical Testing (VT) 



-          Radiography (RT) 



-          Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) 



-          Ultrasonic Testing (UT) 



-          Penetrant Testing (PT) 



-          Electromagnetic Testing (ET) 



-          Leak Testing (LT) 



-          Acoustic Emission Testing (AE)

• Certification according to PCN or Nordtest standards
• Education within welding, sheet metal work or NDT
• Good computer skills
• Offshore certification
