We are looking for a NDT Inspector:
Job responsibilities:
- NDT - inspection
- Creating technical rapports
- Evaluation of results
- Preparation of working procedures
- Provide technical input and quantity estimates for NDT methods, equipment and consumables required for project preparations and production
- Verify NDT services are performed in accordance with the applicable safety and environmental procedures, rules and regulations, as applicable at work sites
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in English and Norwegian.
- Level 2 certification:
- Visual and Optical Testing (VT)
- Radiography (RT)
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
- Penetrant Testing (PT)
- Electromagnetic Testing (ET)
- Leak Testing (LT)
- Acoustic Emission Testing (AE)
- Certification according to PCN or Nordtest standards
- Education within welding, sheet metal work or NDT
- Good computer skills
- Offshore certification
