To support our project management team, we are looking for a (Junior) Project Manager (w/m/d) in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Within the Project Management team, you will be part of an internal task force that leads cross-functional short, medium and long-term projects that may arise from any area within Mytheresa as an organization.
• Project Managers independently plan, coordinate, and lead projects, working closely with subject departments and/or external partners, on a broad portfolio of digital and non-digital projects across the enterprise, using a methodical project management approach.
• From optimizing or introducing new infrastructure processes and systems to efficiency and growth projects within the organization, you will work to implement a variety of ideas that contribute to the continued development of Mytheresa.
• Your day-to-day work consists primarily of conceptual development of project ideas, processes, and identification of requirements, solutions and decisions, as well as the creation of decision templates, project plans, and finally, directing and coordinating the implementation of processes and solutions to ensure sustainable project quality and timeliness.
• You will be responsible for controlling, communicating and coordinating among project participants, reporting to management, and creating and documenting project activities.

• Completed university degree in business or equivalent degree program.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a project manager, preferably in an e-commerce or commerce environment with hands-on experience with common project management methods and tools.
• Holistic understanding of commercial and management processes and procedures.
• Flexibility and willingness to constantly become familiar with new areas and processes within the organization while maintaining structured and analytical thinking and action, assertiveness, deadline adherence.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as common technical e-commerce infrastructure.
• Personal responsibility, reliability, loyalty and discretion.
• Good knowledge of German
