Control Systems Engineer
As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Control Systems Engineer to integrate our team of consultants and bring their expertise on all our projects.

- Employee’s awareness of their impact on product quality and the importance of their activities in achieving, maintaining, and improving quality, including customer requirements and the risks involved for the customer with non-conforming product.
- Through the integration of internal and customer dynamic performance requirements the engineer calibrates performance of existing functions
- Designs and optimizes multiple system performance goals through requirements flow down.
- Completes validation of control function requirements.
- Develops electrical specifications based on system requirements
- Design and develop software to meet a customer’s specification or requirements
- Participate in maintenance of IATF 16949 standard
- Participate in meetings with customers
• Engineer degree, electronics/automatic controls or similar specialization
• Min. 2 years experience in the similar position
• Good experience with formal configuration management tools
• Good experience with Synergy version control software, Mathworks Embedded Coder
• Basic experience with Vector products (CANoe, CANApe, Vector VT)
• Basic experience in the analysis and simulation of bus structures CAN/FlexRay
• Good English
• Basic knowledge of APQP/PPAP
• Basic DFMEA or PFMEA or DFMDA or DRBFM knowledge
• Good ISO 26262 knowledge
• Basic ability to create, read and understand embedded software
• Basic create software algorithm design
• Good familiarity with maturity models such as A-SPICE or CMMI
• Good familiarity with analysis tools such as DOORS
• Basic understanding of C code
• Expert programming and simulation skills with Matlab/Simulink
• Basic knowledge of the electrical and non-electrical values
• Good knowledge of IATF 16949
