Animators

Ilion Studios is seeking Animators to create high quality animations of 3D characters and elements appearing in each of the movie’s shots to convey emotion, movement, action and personality in the style of the feature film.

Main responsibilities

• Animate a shot from blocking through final animation, working under the supervision of the Animation Supervisor and/or Director.
• Animate props and animation effects.
• Maintain a consistent level of high quality work while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Ability to use acting skills to bring characters to life, as well as clearly communicate simple ideas with which an audience can empathize.
• A demo reel which proves animation skills and the strong understanding of the traditional animation principles such as weight, arcs, etc.
• Production animation experience is needed.

Skills

• Capacity to work in a team environment and to follow the instructions from the Animation Supervisor and Team Lead.
• Good oral and written English language communication skills.
