Your tasks:

• Coordinating and executing birthdays and events in consultation with the supervisor
• Generating innovative ideas to enhance business operations and client satisfaction
• Assisting clients with any difficulties, uncertainties, and needs
• Preparing the venue for events and celebrations
• Handling payments in coordination with the reception
• Daily monitoring of work schedules and reservations

• Ensuring client safety, entertainment, and assistance during events
• Maintaining daily records and shift logs
• Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness   Your skills:
• Positive personality, kindness, and professionalism
• Approachability, empathy, along with excellent communication and listening skills
• Proactive approach to clients and work, resourcefulness, playfulness
• Energetic and creative approach to introducing clients (both young and old) to the world of imagination through play
• Openness and genuine interest in children, with the ability to develop warm and caring relationships with them
• Adaptability and ability to establish good relationships with individuals of various profiles and expectations
• Focus on teamwork
• Experience working with children and in customer service is preferred
• Proficiency in English, Croatian and computer skills
