- Coordinating and executing birthdays and events in consultation with the supervisor
- Generating innovative ideas to enhance business operations and client satisfaction
- Assisting clients with any difficulties, uncertainties, and needs

- Handling payments in coordination with the reception
- Daily monitoring of work schedules and reservations

Job requirements
Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring client safety, entertainment, and assistance during events
- Maintaining daily records and shift logs
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness Your skills:
- Positive personality, kindness, and professionalism
- Approachability, empathy, along with excellent communication and listening skills
- Proactive approach to clients and work, resourcefulness, playfulness
- Energetic and creative approach to introducing clients (both young and old) to the world of imagination through play
- Openness and genuine interest in children, with the ability to develop warm and caring relationships with them
- Adaptability and ability to establish good relationships with individuals of various profiles and expectations
- Focus on teamwork
- Experience working with children and in customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in English, Croatian and computer skills
