Assist with offering a variety of wellness services to the hotel and outside customers of the business. Assist with any other customer-service related duties as organised and agreed with the hotel management. Prepare all treatments correctly and efficiently and operate in a clean and hygienic manner. Carry out daily preparation of the treatment areas as required. Ensure correct amounts of treatment products are used and wastage is minimized.
