Ruka Adventures is known from quality safari programs and excellent customer service. For the coming winter season we are looking for self-initiative, outgoing and flexible outdoor persons to join our magnificent team. The work of a guide at Ruka Adventures is very versatile. Your duties may include for example snowhoesing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, bus guidance, assisting to ice karting, maintenance etc. In addition, there are other tasks available depending on your level of experience and skills. Requirements for guide positions: Self-initiative Good team working skills with other guides and management Customer-oriented attitude Professional working proficiency in oral English, other languages are considered as an advantage. Driving licence Previous work experience as outdoor/wilderness/snowmobiling guide The local knowledge of Kuusamo, especially of Ruka region is considered an advantage We offer mainly full-time work during the winter season, but it may vary according to the bookings.
