For an international manufacturing company
Claim processing service is aimed at analyzing warranty claims submitted by dealer network with objective to verify, under the guidelines submitted by company ,Warranty department, the compliancy with company policy manual.
The rule reports to the Leader Assessor and works in touch of colleagues of other markets; the rule will involve following activities:
- claim processing organized by market
- supporting to dealers on claim appeals
- administrative procedures and reporting
He/she speaks fluent danish and he/she speaks fluent english and italian.
