Key responsibilities of waiters:
• Serves the guest in a fast and decent manner in accordance with food and beverage standards
• Promotes additional sales using opportunities to increase sales
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the menus in order to be able to advise the guest on the choice and promote the corresponding additional sales
