Responsibilities • Maintain high level of customer service • Work within one of three rosters: fine dining, bar/front of house and events • Adhere to hotel culture and standards • Operate in an enthusiastic, friendly, and professional manner • Operate between rosters should it be required Requirements • Right to work in the EU without a permit • Relevant experience at a 4* or 5* hotel • Professional training for hospitality school • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative • Professional English Language level Additional • The client will provide subsidised accommodation near the hotel • The client will accept candidates for their summer internship running May through October • The client provides excellent career development and internal training opportunities
