Job Description: The Tiler is responsible for the works on:

  • construction of properties

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Examining the surfaces that will be tiled
  • Providing estimates and quotes (e.g. number of tiles and quantities of materials required, installation time and costs)
  • Work on the surface preparation (e.g. removing old grout and cement and cleaning and levelling surfaces)
  • Laying tiles according to the tiling plan and cutting tiles as needed
  • Gaps between tiles are grouted.
  • Wipe off excess grout and apply necessary finishes, such as sealants
  • Performing any necessary finishing work

 

Education/Training

Tiling experience essential. Safepass & Manual Handling required.
