Work description:

  • Assembling racks and cable trays, grounding and fixing.
  • Installation of telecom equipment in racks (Baseband units, switches, etc...)
  • Installation of Radio units in racks.
  • Doing internal connections within the rack and also connections between racks with LAN or fiber cables.
  • Labeling all cables and equipment.
  • Required decent knowledge of English and basic computer skills as each technician receives a computer and needs to be able to receive and understand work tasks and feedback on the result.

Technical skills:

  • 1 + telecom field tech experience
  • RBS/BTS installation experience
  • Troubleshooting experience a plus
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Familiar with routers
  • Able to read and understand schematic diagram
  • Familiar with Basic Electrical wirings (AC and DC)

Social skills:

  • High-level communication skills.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong abilities to work under pressure.
  • Autonomous technical project management abilities.
  • Abilities to work and progress in a cross-functional environment
