What will you do?
- Answer customer’s IT related queries
- Provide technical support for issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve issues
- Walk customer through problem-solving process
What experience do you need?
- Language fluency in German is mandatory.
- Experience in IT Services is good to have. Candidates with basic knowledge of IT systems and the aptitude to learn will also be considered.
- All candidates are required to have High School completion certificate
- Be a proactive team player with a positive attitude
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts
