In close co-operation with colleagues from software and other disciplines (mechatronics, optics, electronics) the software engineer is a member of a multi-disciplinary team. In these teams software plays an important role for the success of the company. Since software is an integrating competency, it is an essential added value for the company.
Job Description
The Software Designer C is responsible for creating clear specifications, making the efficient design choices and to 'make it happen' by also implementing the design. Customer satisfaction is the number one driver and thus for every software engineer. As an Software Designer C in a multi-disciplinary project team, work on:
- ocumentation
- Specifications, design and test Implementation
- Programming, debugging Test and integrate
Education
Bachelor or Master level with an education in Computer Science, Informatics, Embedded Systems Mechatronics, Engineering or comparable.
Experience
We are looking for engineers with 2 to 5 years of experience. Key competencies at the software department are: Unix/Linux C UML Python VxWorks realtime Affinity with Matlab
Personal skills
- Pro-active, decisive, takes ownership.
- Strong communicator with a pragmatic attitude.
- Real team player with quality orientation.
- Good knowledge of English.
