Senior Business Analyst (m/w/d) in the federal environment (migration area, until 2026)

Start: 01.11.2022

At least until: 31.12.2025 

Option foreseen: 01.01.2026 until 31.12.2026

(Total volume incl. option is 7'710 hours, at 1'850 hours per year)

Minimum workload: 80%.

Client is in the Bern area.

Most of the work is likely to be remote (depending on the phase in consultation with the project team).

Hourly rate is CHF 125.- (plus VAT) if working via subcontractor or as freelancer. 

Temporary employment is also possible, in which case the salary would amount to CHF 231,250 per year for 100% hours worked (incl. employer's contributions, with the typical deductions up to "net").

The complete fulfilment of the MUST requirements is a prerequisite.

MUST-Requirements Business Analysis:

- IREB certification or equivalent training in business analysis (CAS, Diploma, ...).

- Five (5) years of experience as a business analyst

- Two (2) completed reference projects (not older than 4 years) with activity as a business analyst.

MUST-Requirements Languages:

- German, very good (ESP level C1, confirmation of mother tongue or copy of certificates or traceable documentation: language stays, school experience etc.), spoken and written. 

- French, good (ESP level B1, confirmation of mother tongue or copy of certificates or comprehensible documentation: language stays, school experience, etc.).

- English, good (ESP level B1, confirmation of mother tongue or copy of certificates or comprehensible documentation: language stays, school experience etc.)

TARGET requirements:

- UML Tool project experience (at least 1 year, ideally with MID Innovator).

- Experience in migration environment (residence, asylum, citizenship, more than 3 years)

- Experience in specifications of interfaces with SOAP architecture (more than 2 years)

- SoapUI (more than 2 years)

- Altova XMLSpy (project reference and ability to implement with it)

- Jira (more than 1 year)

- Confluence (more than 1 years)

- possible start date 01.11.2022

- Good BA knowledge (common expressions and case specific application)

- good appearance and manner

- correct and understandable rhetoric and terminology in German
