Role:
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing programs and services;
- Update programs, prices, partner and client contacts, and commercial agreement details;
- Research and update the database of service providers;
- Communicate in multiple languages and across different platforms;
- Respond to inquiries and promotional requests clearly, concisely, and promptly;
- Ensure all products and services are accurately updated on all digital platforms according to internal procedures;
- Collect and record customer profile information;
- Apply commission structures;
- Utilize digital tools for promotion, modifications, distribution, and other tasks;
- Maintain back-office administrative organization;
- Answer calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries to the appropriate team members if necessary;
- Assist in updating and translating promotional content;
- Identify areas where additional training may be needed to ensure quality, productivity, and continuous personal development;
- Perform other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree in Tourism or relevant experience in the tourism industry;
- Eligible for an IEFP Professional Internship;
- Advanced language skills: Portuguese, English, Spanish, and/or French;
- Proficiency in IT tools: Office Suite and e-commerce platforms;
- Clear understanding of the tourism sector and activity requirements (types of tourism products and services, general knowledge of market demand and supply, and knowledge of Portugal and Spain as destinations);
- Commercial aptitude;
- Informed, patient, bold, independent, confident, and highly energetic;
- Strong commitment to excellence and personal and professional development;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Resident in the Metropolitan Area of Porto.
