Safety Engineer for the Construction of the General Hospital of Sparta
The Safety Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities includes:
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with project safety measures
- Identifying and managing risks on the construction site
- Supervising daily operations to ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinating subcontractors to comply with safety measures
- Maintaining all necessary documentation as required by legislation and ISO standards related to safety measures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (University or Technical Institute)
- Postgraduate degree will be considered an additional qualification
- Eligibility to be appointed as a Safety Engineer under Greek legislation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in computer use, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and AutoCAD
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under time pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Team spirit
- Completed military service (for male candidates)
