Department: Housekeeping
Mission:
- Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms, based on the property's standards.
- Ensure the responding of guest requests, under the supervision of the Housekeepers.
Job Description
- Replace small gifts and amenities for guests in the rooms;
- Make beds and fold sheets according to brand standards;
- Remove rubbish, dirty clothes, and room service items;
- Straighten and arrange room elements, furniture, and equipment (when necessary);
- Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furniture/equipment;
- Vacuum carpets and treat floors;
- Clean windows, mirrors, and floors;
- Greet guests and attend to their requests.
Zahteve za delovno mesto
- Valid documentation to work in Portugal;
- Own transport;
- Flexible schedule;
- Friendliness and service/customer orientation;
- Team spirit;
- Attention to detail.
Training
- Previous experience in similar roles, as well as experience in 5-star hotels and/or Marriott International hotels.

- Previous experience with floor cleaning machines (preferably).
Language Skills
- Knowledge of Portuguese (mandatory) and English (preferably).
