Receptionist

Knightsbrook Hotel Spa & Golf Resort is an Irish owned company and is part of the Cusack Group, with sister properties in Meath including Newgrange Hotel, Ardboyne Hotel and Castle Arch Hotel.

Our Front Office team are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and knowledgeable full-time Receptionist to join their professional, highly skilled team. Responsible to: Front Office Manager

Purpose of Job: To promote a positive image of the Hotel to both customers and colleagues. To ensure the smooth and efficient running of reception

Service Promise: “Be First to Greet” – Our service promise becomes our guarantee for the service our customer can expect to experience. It communicates to the customer how you are going to meet and exceed their expectations.

Main duties:

1. To greet guests on arrival and at all times in a warm, welcoming, professional and friendly manner.

2. To carry out our Customer Relations policy.

3. To communicate our services and facilities to guests as required.

4. To deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner and to notify management of these.

5. To ensure that the guests needs and requirements are met.

6. To take all reservations and ensure that all changes are correctly posted to bills.

7. To answer the switchboard in a warm and friendly manner and to take messages as required.

8. To attend all training courses as notified to you by management.

9. To carry out any other duties notifies to you by senior management.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work shifts from 7am until 11pm and over 5/7 days
• Experience is an advantage

Must have a valid work permit for Ireland
