PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Do you have experience working in a project environment? Perhaps in the wind industry?

 

We are looking for a Project Administrator for our client in the Offshore Wind Industry. The Project Administration Team provides administrative support to projects with the Offshore Wind portfolio from Market Development to Construction and minor Operations & Maintenance Projects. You will be part of the Project Administration Team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes, standards and templates and sharing best practices.

You will be allocated to a specific project where you will perform your tasks on a daily basis, reporting to the Project Management Officer or Programme Director. You will follow project governance processes and standards to ensure the smooth and timely running of administrative tasks in the project.

 

Place of work: Mid/South Denmark

 

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • Experience from a similar position
  • Advanced skills within the MS Office, Teams, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint
  • Experience with SAP Finance and procurement
  • Excellent Business English skills – written and oral
  • Good communication skills
  • Good understanding of processes, standards and templates
  • Experience managing stakeholders
  • Good understanding of large scale construction project
  • Experience in a project environment – preferably in the wind or construction industry is an advantage.
  • Service-minded and positive mindset.
  • Proactive and self-driven.
  • Passion for administration, finance and processes.
  • Able to manage and prioritize a large number of incoming tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Team player but also able to work independently
  • Solution oriented and analytical
  • Structured and quality mindset

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Admin support to the Project Management Officer and/or Project Director
  • Meeting, event and calendar management
  • Recording minutes and actions
  • Preparing reports, presentations and project documents
  • On/offboarding project team members
  • Maintaining distribution lists and organization charts
  • Sharepoint site management
  • Purchase order and contract management
  • Checking and approving invoices in SAP.
  • Internal communication with project team.
  • Quality assurance
