Performing experiments in the cleanroom by defining and executing wafer exposures on the EUV scanner, defining further processing steps, collecting metrology data on tools such as CD-SEM and analyzing these data. By doing so, you will spend approximately 50% of your time in the cleanroom. Working in a project-based environment, with project ownership in project definition, planning and execution towards an agreed goal. Transferring knowledge to the different partners and colleagues through regular reporting and presenting of the main results. Occasionally, perform a simulation study to compare the experimental data to simulation results
