RiaBlades SA, a Senvion Company's, exclusively manufactures rotor blades and for is production facility in Vagos is looking for:

 

Product Engineer (M / F)

 

Mission

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, it is the responsibility of the Product Engineer:

- Define the work methodology to be implemented and train the production teams in the same in accordance with current specifications and with the objectives of Safety, Quality, cost and cycle time.

- Participate in the analysis of product / process deviations to identify the root causes of the same and participate in the definition of actions of containment, correction and prevention.

- Maintain cycles of continuous improvement with the goal of waste of process / product, optimizing human resources and equipment

 

Requirements:

- Guidance for Safety and Environment;

- Communication skills;

- Rigor and Discipline;

-Team player;

- Planning and Organization;

- Orientation to results;

- Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Materials Engineering;

- Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) in an industrial environment, preferably in automotive, aeronautics and composites.

- Knowledge of applying Lean Manufacturing principles;

- Proficiency in Portuguese and English languages ​​(spoken and written);

- Knowledge in SAP (preferred).
