Process Engineer (Industrial Sector)

Sesé is a global supply chain partner offering integrated, digital, sustainable, and innovative solutions. We are currently looking for a Process Engineer to join our Engineering team in Martorell, Spain, at a logistics plant with nearly 500 employees operating across three shifts, serving as the main logistics provider for a major automotive manufacturer.

In this role, you will:

• Participate in the planning of operational engineering, estimating required resources and defining milestones to optimize logistics processes.
• Ensure operational processes are executed on time, with quality and efficiency.
• Act as a communication bridge between the client and plant operations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to maximize resource efficiency and profitability.
• Work according to VDA standards (Volkswagen Group) in continuous improvement processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to define new processes and analyze quality indicators.
• Analyze and improve operational processes for new client projects in terms of productivity, quality, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with client KPIs related to process quality and service level.
• Prepare documentation and cost estimates for internal and external client proposals.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in demanding industrial or automotive environments, with direct client interaction.
• Used to working with KPIs and aligned quality standards.
• Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Organization.
• Proficiency in IT tools relevant to the role.
• Knowledge and experience with Lean and continuous improvement tools: 5S, VSM, Lean Manufacturing.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
