Operations Administrative Support (m/f)
Your main tasks
- Take over the sales support for sales representatives
- Be responsible for registration, import and upload of valid bill of material and configuration
- Build, maintain and expand cross-functional relationships, and adapt to changing customer needs
- Develop a deep knowledge of processes, resources and tools in role
- Solve problems involving cross-functional partnerships
- Identify and drive process improvements
Our profile of preference
- Fluent in English
- University degree
- 2 to 3 years of business experience in sales administration, business support and/or channel experience, preferably in the IT industry and the indirect sales business model
- Good communication and interpersonal, problem solving as well as decision making skills
- Reliable, responsible, self-driven, result orientated personality
- Ability to deliver results in cross cultural and virtual organizations and to work with remote management model
- Understanding of “business support” function in a proactive way
- Good Excel skills (mandatory)
- Ability to learn new software and tools rapidly
