As Onboarding analyst you will be responsible for:
- On-boarding of our customers to our Internal Customer Platform and working with our Global Partners to ensure that they set up and compliant to run payroll in their jurisdiction.
- Timely set up for our customers within the project plan outlined with our customers and you will be the lead communicator to our Global Partner network during this project.
- Updating our knowledge platform to ensure that we have the most up to date information from each jurisdiction so that we can share this information with our customers.
This is a key role as part of Immedis Payroll Operations as this role has to ensure that the set up of the payroll engines is correct and complaint while also ensuring that the project is delivered in a timely manner.
