Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Care about customers, serve their needs and respond to their requests
- To strictly follow company’s and departmental protocols
- To provide a safe environment for all guests
- To maintain vigilance of the pool areas and to ensure there is constant supervision
- To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the pool and pool deck areas at all times
- To set up, maintain and clean pool equipment
Zahteve za delovno mesto
Qualifications:
- Lifeguard certification
- Excellent command of English
- Previous work experience of at least 1 year at relevant position in hotel, will be an asset
Knowledge, skills, abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills
- Teamwork mentality, forward thinking & ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize workload
- Experienced in managing people with care and handle customer requests and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
