Kitchen Porter

Castlemartyr Country Hotel Resort is currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join their friendly and supportive kitchen team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in starting or expanding their career in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of personal hygiene.
• Carry out cleaning duties as outlined.
• Cleaning of pots, pans, equipment etc. as required and ensure they are stored correctly and neatly.
• Emptying of bins when full or as requested.
• Thorough deep cleaning as per schedule of Kitchen/Larder areas, equipment and storage areas.
• Maintain storage area for mops, brushes, and detergents in a clean and tidy manner.
