Junior Business Analyst

H.Essers is looking for a Business Analyst.

For our IT-department in Genk, are we currently looking for a Junior Business Analyst.

As a Business Analyst, you are partly responsible for the conceptual design of the H. Essers transport/warehouse management system.

You are the support between the business department and the IT department.

You make an inventory of the needs of the current customers, these can be internal and/or external customers.

You analyze and refine the used processes and translate these into specific software requirements.

These are functional software requirements, which means that they have to be written out in detail. While doing this, you do not forget that these functional software requirements also have to be integrated into the existing applications and that there are screen- and report needs.

You keep the technical feasibility of the solutions in mind and do risk- and- impact analyses.

During these tasks, you are in constant contact with your colleagues Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, Project Managers and Developers.

You report to the Business Analyst team manager.

It is important that you are strong in communication since you will work with customers and colleagues.

You have to transfer your learned knowledge to the users, therefore is user training an essential aspect of your job.
