We are looking for a housekeeping shift manager for Lapland Hotels Luostotunturi

Our client Lapland Hotels Luostotunturi is looking for a shift manager of housekeeping. According to the agreement, the work will begin as soon as possible and last until 30.4.2024. After a successful first season, the opportunity to continue all year round! Possibility also for Lapland Hotels' own permanent contract.

As the shift manager of housekeeping, you take care of the efficient use of the workforce, high-quality and a positive working atmosphere. You make housekeeping duty rosters, work planning, orders, forecasts and follow-ups. You participate in the daily work of housekeeping, where you lead your team to good performance by your own example.
