JOB DESCRIPTION: We're looking for motivated HOUSEKEEPERS to work in Rovaniemi during the winter season, from October until April. Key Requirements: -Previous Relevant Experience: We're looking for individuals with a proven track record in a similar position. Your expertise in maintaining accommodations will be essential to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the guests. -English Language Proficiency: Fluent communication in English is a MUST. You will not only be responsible for housekeeping duties but also for interacting with our international clientele. -Valid Driving License: A valid driver's license is essential for this role. You'll need it to transport yourself between various accommodations and rentals, ensuring everything is in top-notch condition. -Self-Motivated Team Player: We value individuals who take initiative and are self-driven. Join Barona and lead yourself to a winter adventure like no other! -Finnish employment contract. -Salary: 1923 - 2125 €/month (12,09-13,36€/hour) + extras - Final amount of the salary depends on the work experience and the Finnish collective agreement -Working shifts: Guaranteed minimum in average 90h / 3 weeks or 112,5h / 3 weeks (depending on the type of the collective agreement) -Extras for working on Sundays or public holiday (100%), afternoon shift (+ 1,33 € / h), evening shift (+ 2,25 € / h) -Possibility of additional shifts and extra hours (especially between December-February) -Relocation assistance and support from our local consultants in the office in Rovaniemi -Occupational health care provided by the employer after the employment has lasted at least one month If you have relevant experience, a communicative level of English, and a valid driver's license, you could be the ideal candidate to join our winter dream team.
