We are looking for outgoing, energetic and reliable entertainers/animators for the 2026 summer season in Croatia.
This is not “just a fun summer”. It is a real job for people who enjoy working with guests, bringing good energy, leading activities and being part of a strong international team.
As an entertainer, you may work in:
- kids activities and creative workshops
- sports and daytime activities
- fitness and dance sessions
- evening programmes, mini disco, games, quizzes and shows
- guest interaction and daily programme promotion

- good spoken English is required
- availability for the summer season (minimum 2–3 months, preferably longer)
- strong communication skills and confidence when working with guests
- positive attitude, energy and team spirit
- reliability, responsibility and professional behaviour
- willingness to work in a dynamic hospitality environment
- readiness for evening programmes, weekend work and an active daily routine
- ability to adapt quickly and follow programme standards
- EU citizenship or the legal right to work in the EU is preferred for easier placement
Work experience is not required, but we are looking for people with the right mindset and personality for this role.
- experience in animation, tourism, hospitality, childcare, sports, dance, fitness or performing
- additional foreign languages such as German, Italian, French, Dutch, Polish or Czech
- confidence in speaking in front of groups
- experience leading games, workshops or activities
- dance, fitness or stage performance skills
- ability to connect naturally with children, teenagers and families
- previous seasonal work experience
