WHO WE ARE

We are a startup founded by a mix of engineers and designers with a passion for developing products that have a direct impact on people’s lives. In 2014 we introduced Findster, the first GPS tracker without monthly fees. The project was successfully funded on Indiegogo, with more than 1200 backers from over 50 countries. Since then, we’ve come a long way - the latest version of our pet tracker, Findster Duo+, is currently being used daily in over 80 countries.

Besides being part of the European Space Agency (ESA) incubation program, since 2016 we’re also alumni of HAX - the world’s #1 Hardware Startup accelerator.

WE WANT SOMEONE TO

  • - Design and implement hardware for a novel wireless communications network;
  • - Design and optimize best-in-class RF system solutions;
  • - Scout current state-of-the-art of wireless communications technologies;
  • - Assess the performance of real-world wireless communication technologies;
  • - Work with component vendors and partners to develop RF solutions.



 

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS

  • - Proven experience with embedded systems technologies;
  • - Proven ability to solve unique and complex technical problems with minimal assistance;
  • - Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FCC, IC, CE, etc.), carrier specifications;
  • - Direct design experience with RF wireless communication technologies such as 4G, 5G, Dust, Sigfox and LoRa;
  • - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with multiple concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.



 

NICE TO HAVE

  • - Familiarity with Electromagnetic Simulation tools;
  • - Familiarity with Git and Agile software development process.
