General Ledger Accountant

Are you looking for the next step in your Finance career? Then you will find exactly that at allnex. We are looking for a Finance enthusiast to join us as General Ledger (GL) Accountant. You will undergo full training to gain an understanding of daily responsibilities. During the training period, you will learn how to maintain GL and Sub Ledger accounts and perform Month-end closing activities, including preparation of journal entries and reports. You will also gain valuable insight into the accounting process through daily exposure and interaction with the finance team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full training to gain an understanding of following responsibilities (first 3 months buddy assigned)
• Prepare and enter journal entries as part of closing financial periods
• Prepare and review monthly reconciliations, and coordinate with other departments to receive supporting information
• Ensure and perform maintenance and updates of process documentation

• Experience in a financial environment, including the areas of financial reporting and accounting
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to develop and learn new abilities
• Highly organized and motivated personality

• Monthly gross salary up to 1500 EUR, depending on skills and experience
