Main Tasks:

• You are the heartbeat of our Back Office Operations and Global Business Service activities such as;
• Administration, quality and validation checks. booking of relevant documents, e.g. service reports, sales and purchase orders, contracts, invoices etc.;
• Proactive collaboration and communication with international colleagues in EMEA markets’ fleet offices and central team;
• Support of sales related activities, e.g. reporting, back-office support and master data maintenance;
• Expert role (system key user, quality management, process optimization etc.);
  
  Continues optimization of processes and services of the GBS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in economics, IT, finance or comparable;
• Preferable working experience in an GBS or Operations environment;
• Willingness to learn beyond basic GBS and administration activities: e.g. Tire Knowledge;
• Open-minded personality and communication style;
• Structured, self and process driven working attitude;
• Excitement and drive to be part of a new GBS location;
• Affinity and familiarity with IT systems and processes;
• Preferable knowledge and working experience with ERP / SAP platforms;
• Fluent English skills mandatory (B2 and beyond), good skills in further EMEA language (esp. German, French, Spanish, Italian).
