Responsibilities
Interpretation and dissemination of the founding values of the La Restuccia project
Management of the relationship with the clients of the Masseria in all phases of the stay
Operational management of hospitality & entertainment services
Collaboration and interaction with the F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance functions to ensure the guest the best service
Collaboration and interaction with back office and sales functions to optimize administrative and sales processes
