👉 Become our next Maintenance Manager: reporting to the site director, you will ensure daily compliance with safety standards for our club's accommodation, infrastructure, common living areas, and green spaces.

💪 If you have a hands-on personality, here is a preview of your daily routine:

Managing a team of workers from different trades (electricians, plumbers, gardeners, etc.): integrating new employees, assigning and explaining tasks, enforcing instructions

Coordinating site maintenance: monitoring allocated budgets, anticipating risks of malfunction, ensuring compliance with safety standards (particularly those relating to public buildings

Managing on-site interventions: organizing the work of service providers, scheduling intervention appointments, and ensuring follow-up

👉 Devenez notre prochain Responsable Maintenance H/F: rattaché au directeur du site, vous vous assurez au quotidien de la conformité aux normes de sécurité des logements, infrastructures, espaces de vie communs et espaces verts de notre club.

💪 Personnalité de terrain, voici un avant-goût de votre quotidien :

• Management d’une équipe d’ouvriers de différents corps de métiers (électricien, plombier, jardinier, etc.) : intégrer les nouveaux collaborateurs, répartir et expliquer les tâches, faire appliquer les consignes
• Coordination de la maintenance du site : contrôler les budgets alloués, anticiper les risques de dysfonctionnement, s’assurer de l’application des normes de sécurité (notamment celles relatives aux ERP)
• Gestion des interventions sur site : organiser le travail des prestataires, planifier les rendez-vous d’intervention et en assurer le suivi

We offer on-site accommodation and meals in exchange for a contribution (between €150 and €180 per month).
