1. Hotel Management qualifications at least 3 year course
2. Recent previous experience as a Supervisor with Food & Beverage responsibilities in a
4star English speaking 100 + bedroom hotel
3. Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills
4. Sound knowledge of all aspects of the Food & Beverage role including bars, conference
& banqueting, kitchen and restaurant management
