- Development, specification and programming of embedded systems solutions in the hardware-related environment,
- Further development of existing applications using new algorithms and technologies
- Execution and documentation of module and integration tests on various software components,
- Evaluation of new software technologies and development methods,
- Close cooperation with hardware developers and layout engineers to integrate solutions from design to production transfer.

- Degree in computer science, communications engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
- Very good knowledge of embedded C programming
- Knowledge of other programming languages (C++, Python) is desirable
- Development experience in embedded environment
- Knowledge of analog and digital circuitry as well as digital signal processing
- Knowledge of different interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI, ETH, CAN etc.)
- Ideally, you have knowledge of hardware-related software development under different operating systems (e.g. Linux, FreeRTOS)
- Basic knowledge in measurement technology and measurement methods
- Detail orientation and the ability to think creatively and find unconventional solutions
- Independent, precise way of working, strong communication skills and enjoy teamwork,
- Ability to learn and willingness to continuously develop,
