But of course our preferences are for candidates living in Denmark with some experience so that we can employ them with minimal training. But then the kind of consultancy work we pursue are NOT traditional / “straight forward” career paths (e.g. a wind turbine engineer or a lawyer) and we do recognize that a certain level of training and experience sharing will be required to get them up to date with what is happening in the global “climate change and carbon” markets.
